When you request a session

We receive your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred date and time, session duration and type, seating preference, and the notes you enter. We use these details to discuss your inquiry and arrange a possible booking. Sending a request does not confirm a reservation.

Our website and request API run on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse when you open it. Resend processes the notification email, which goes to the studio’s Gmail inbox. These services process information needed for their respective functions.

Upstash Redis stores keyed request and abuse-prevention identifiers, delivery state and timing metadata. Our application does not place the raw message or contact fields in that store. The request check also uses your IP address; the application uses a keyed identifier for its rate-limit records.

When you sign up for an event

For Tea Time with Friends on September 26, 2026, we receive your name and email address to manage your RSVP and contact you about the gathering. The RSVP uses the same Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile, Resend and Gmail services described above, with keyed abuse-prevention and delivery metadata in Upstash Redis. We do not send your name, email or RSVP reference to analytics.

Event correspondence is kept in the studio mailbox for more than one month. You can request its deletion through our official studio email. An RSVP is separate from a room-rental booking.

Storage and deletion

We keep booking correspondence in the studio mailbox for more than one month. The application’s 30-day expiry for sent or unconfirmed request metadata does not delete the corresponding emails.

Danylo Menshykov handles requests to delete your information through trmnd.ai@gmail.com. You can also use this address to ask about information connected to your request or to correct it. Include your request reference if you have it so we can locate the correspondence.

The website does not automatically erase mailbox messages after a fixed 30-day period. Service-provider records and backups have their own retention processes; the application’s metadata expiry is not a promise that all provider copies are deleted at that time.

Optional analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and steps in the request form, such as opening the sheet, preparing a letter, an error, or a request accepted by our backend. Acceptance is not recorded as a confirmed booking or a payment.

We keep names, email addresses, phone numbers, session dates, your notes, receipt contents and request references out of these analytics events. Page addresses are limited to known page paths. Referral and campaign information is limited to the sources and labels supported by our site. Google also processes technical browser and device information needed to provide analytics.

Google Analytics is not loaded before you allow it. Choosing Necessary only leaves analytics off and does not prevent you from booking. You can change or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops further analytics collection by this site; it does not itself delete events already received by Google.

We configure Google Analytics to retain event and user data for two months without extending that period when new activity occurs. Most standard aggregated reports follow different retention rules. Google’s Privacy Policy (new tab) describes its processing.

Information in your browser

• Your analytics choice is stored locally for 180 days. Analytics cookies created by this site are configured to expire after 30 days without automatic renewal.
• A local flag hides the Tea Time invitation after a successful RSVP in this browser. It contains no name, email or request reference and is cleared when you visit after the event starts.
• Your light or dark theme is stored locally without an application-defined expiry. A room-readiness marker lasts for the current tab session.
• The application keeps the request draft in the current page. It does not save your notes or contact fields to local storage. A receipt PNG is generated in your browser and saved only when you choose to download it.

Please avoid adding sensitive personal information to session notes unless it is needed for your inquiry. We will show the date of any revision to this notice at the top of this page.
